- all information entered is encrypted and sent to us via a secure server
- when the form is received we will check availability of dates and pitch type requested
- we will charge a £50 non-refundable deposit or payment in full if less or payment in full if less than 28 days to your arrival
- we will e-mail your booking confirmation (usually within 24 hours)
